WIAW: I found crumpets!

Hi guys! Today I’m going to be sharing some of my recent eats lately. I always forget to snap a pic of each and everything I eat, so I thought why not just share some of my eats from the past couple days? Hope you enjoy!


Thank you Jen for the link up! As Jen always says: these posts are not so we can compare intakes and what we eat to what others eat. These posts are to celebrate the fact that we all eat! I hope that by sharing some of my eats, people can get the idea that food is food-food is sometimes fancy, food is sometimes as basic as a cereal cup, food isn’t always pretty, food can be rushed, food can me messy, etc. etc., but that is all okay! We give too much power to the role food has in our lives.  So please don’t compare my meals or snacks to yours: each individual is different, we all need different things, we all want different things at various times or have certain cravings; and remember-I don’t snap pictures of everything going into my mouth throughout the week: these are just some of the few meals/snacks I remembered to take pics of!
Anyways, here are some of the things I’ve been nommin on lately:


Crumpets: found these cinnamon crumpets from Trader Joes and I am in LOVEE. Topped two of these with Wild Friends pumpkin spice pb, banana, and pumpkin spice and my belly was very happy.

Cereal! Had Raisin Bran- a classic, with almond milk and a cara cara orange alongside a cup of coffee with soy milk creamer. ‘Twas delish.


Cinnamon raisin Ezekiel toast with PB&CO white chocolate wonderful pb+banana. Literally heaven on a plate.


Egg white oats topped with banana+Wild Friend pumpkin spice PB+pumpkin spice+hemp hearts. SO MUCH YUM.



Had this salad at one of my favorite restaurants while out with my friends. This had strawberries, feta cheese, toasted almonds, craisins, and balsamic dressing. Also had some pita bread on the side!



Siggis yogurt+Kashi granola




So Delicious soy milk cookie dough ice cream. AMAZING<3



Green beans+Hilary Eats veggie burger with ketchup+sweet potato with Trader Joes flax n chia crunchy pb&cinnamon. So, so yummy!

    Raisin Bran is my ALL time favorite cereal. Such a classic, but such a goodie! You are killin’ the eats game girly 😉

    Everything looks so delicious! Especially your breakfasts.
    I had to Google crumpets because I wasn’t sure if they were like English muffins or what. After seeing a photo of them though, I’m sure I’d be a fan 🙂

      Breakfast is definitely my favorite meal of the day 🙂 and they are very similar to English muffins except a bit thicker! Definitely recommend them though, so good!

    Ooh crumpets sound good, but I’ve never had one. And I’m sometimes in the mood for crunchy, sometimes in the mood for smooth. 😀

    Siggi’s is the bomb especially the vanilla & pumpkin flavored ones.

    Also, I dislike peanut butter (don’t kill me!) but I like my other nut butters crunchy all the waaaay! I’ve only had crumpets once while on a trip to Seattle but they were gosh-darn delicious!
