January 27, 2016 in Yummy Eats

Hi guys and happy Wednesday! Hope you’re all having a great week- we are almost to Friday! Going to be sharing some recent eats lately so let’s get started. Thank you Jen for the link up and letting me share my yummy eats. And PLEASE remember to not compare what you eat to what I eat. These posts are to just celebrate something that we all do, and that is eat!

I typically just eat breakfasts in my dorm, so that means something easy and quick. These Love Grown oats are the best and super easy- you just add water and microwave them for a minute! Topped mine with a banana and PB&Co white chocolate wonderful pb 🙂

This is also super easy and not time consuming for me to make in the mornings. Food for life Ezeikel sprouted grain toast+Skippy natural pb and white chocolate wonderful pb (best of both worlds)+banana and an orange. YUM <3

Grilled chicken caesar salad- so good!!

THESE COOKIES ARE AMAZING OH MY GOODNESS. Lenny&Larry are the main men in my life right now and I ain’t even complain ’bout it. (Ben and Jerry are also tied for main men in my life but still, Lenny and Larry are killin it)

Strawberry Chobani+granola and some baby carrots. Yum!

This cheese quesadilla was amazing. Dipped it with salsa and had some peas on the side and my taste buds were happy.

Something that made me smile/laugh was my bff’s snap story:

She follows the Insta, watches me take awk pics of my salads in the dining hall, and even thinks of me when she’s taking awk pics of hers. She is such a gem and a huge support in my life. Thankful for her. (Ily Gabby)

Something else that made me smile and that I love very much:

Now tell me:

What’s your favorite quick and easy breakfast?

Have you ever tried a Lenny&Larry’s cookie?

Thank you so much for reading. Hope you all have a great day! :)

That dinner!! Its been ages since I had a quesadilla – and that one is grilled to perfection. Mmmmmm!!
White chocolate pb = amazing. I ran out a long time ago and really need to replenish my stock. I was also loving some chicken ceaser salad this week. I don’t think I’ve seen those cookies around here anywhere, but will keep my eyes open – loving the review.

Is the white chocolate peanut butter good?! I’ve been wanting to try it for so long but none of the stores around me carry that flavor (that I know of) 🙁 I love quesadillas soooo much! I’ve been loving oatmeal with peanut butter recently 🙂

My favorite quick breakfast that I don’t have to make is a scone (from work). Otherwise if it really needs to be fast I go for PB&J or a banana with PB and juice. Peanut butter always makes an appearance of course.
I just straight up tell people when I take pictures it’s for my blog. I used to be embarrassed and try to hide it or snap a quick pic, but now I’m like read it if you want, it is fun!
Mmmmm cheese quesadilla! I want one right now!

    • Reply Alyssa January 28, 2016 at 1:54 am

My favorite quick and easy breakfast is plain quick-cooking oats that i microwave and top with dried fruit and almond milk, and sometimes sliced bananas and almond butter. So easy and delicious!

Hehe my eats today were um… very… balanced. Fries, a hamburger, ramen, apples, yogurt, and some other nibbles… It was a day on the slopes. I’m tempted to feel guilty, but instead I want to be grateful for all this food that God gave me and provided to fuel my body for His glory! <3 Thanks for sharing your eats Alyssa. Grapefruit is one of my FAVORITE citrus fruits. Ooh and that picture of the peanut butter on top of your oats… Right on point! *yum*

Yes, you should not feel guilty at all- you are living your life! Thank you so much for reading Emily, and peanut butter on oats is absolutely amazing 🙂
