Hi guys and happy Wednesday! As it is Wednesday, I will be sharing some recent eats lately! Again, these are just from the past few days: I never remember to snap pics of all of what I eat in a day, but I think that’s totally fine. You shouldn’t be stressin to take pics of every little thing you eat, life is too short for any kind of stress. As always, thank you Jen for the link-up! And PLEASE remember to not compare what you eat to what I eat. These posts are to just celebrate something that we all do, and that is eat!
I have some yummy eats to share though from these past few days, so lets get started! Hope you enjoy 🙂
PB cocoa cereal from whole foods(lots in that bowl-go big or go home with cereal, am i right?!)+almond milk and a pear. Love love love cereal so much.
Egg white oats->toppings include banana+chia seeds+flax n chia crunchy pb from Trader Joes (the best) ALSO reminder from my coffee mug to not let anyone dull your sparkle 😉
Smoothie bowl->blended 1/2 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup fage 2% greek yogurt, 1 frozen banana, handful of spinach, frozen raspberries, and ice. Topped with PB cocoa cereal from whole foods and chia seeds! YUM!
AVOCADO EGG TOAST-THE BEST COMBO. If you haven’t tried this, you really, really need to. I mashed up some avocado and spread it on whole wheat toast, topped each slice with an egg over easy, and paired it with a cara cara orange+some carrots for the most perfect lunch ever.
Wraps/flatbreads are always a super easy go to lunch of mine. Took a whole wheat flatbread from Trader Joes and put some deli turkey+lettuce+dijon mustard inside. Paired with carrots+peppers with a spinach&kale greek yogurt dip + some trail mix! Yum yum.
In love with this so delicious cookie dough ice cream. SOO GOOD<3
Also in love with this peanut butter cups because who doesn’t like chocolate and pb, right??!! And cara cara oranges. Those rock too.
Peas+chicken in a teriyaki sauce+sweet potato fries+this yummy bai5 drink. All soooo delicious!
And just a quick Wednesday reminder: “Screw skinny. Screw being obsessed with counting calories. Screw destroying your metabolism. Screw the scale. Screw negative self talk. This is not what life should be about. Please choose happiness, please choose health. I beg you-please choose life.” Very, very important. Tell yourself this always.
