Happy Friday friendzzzz. What a long week. And I have another really really really long one coming up tomorrow. But I’ll get through it like I always do.
Going to be recapping my week for you guys today so let’s get started!
Monday morning I went to the gym at 7:30. I warmed up with 15 min on the bike then trained arms.
After the gym, I came back and showered. I made myself breakfast then headed to the library. I worked on a take home test all morning then read for sociology. I had lunch around 12 which included this:
I had class from 1:00-5:15, then grabbed dinner after. Then headed to sociology at 6:00 to find out that my class was cancelled. I sat with my boyfriend while he ate dinner then afterwards headed to the library. I worked on developmental psych hw and blogging stuff while there.
I went to the gym at 7:30. I did a mix of arms +legs, 10 min biking and 5 min on the stairs, then abs!
I got breakfast with my boyfriend after then went to class from 10:00-11:15. I got lunch with my best friend Karyn around 1:00, then headed to observe children for our developmental psych class from 2:05-2:50. I headed home right after to vote, but first I got a soy milk latte from Starbucks- my favorite thing everrr!
I spent the night at home on Tuesday. I got dinner with my parents at Whole Foods and ended my night eating soy milk ice cream and doing sociology homework. And keeping up with the election of course. (I didn’t stay up for the whole thing though)
I woke up around 8:30, showered, was in dismay at the election results, but continued on with my day. I made myself a yogurt bowl for breakfast with a cup of coffee.
I got back to school around 11, read for my class at 1:00, then got lunch with my friend Paige who I haven’t seen in a while! I had class again from 1:00-5:15 then 6:00-7:15. I had a mental breakdown after class, felt super stressed, then my friend and mom helped me to relax. (bless them lol) I did homework until 11, hung out with my boyfriend then slept.
I woke up at 7:30. I went to the gym and trained legs. I ended with 5 minutes incline walking, 5 minutes on the stair master, and abs!
After the gym I ate breakfast then headed to my class.
I got a coffee after my class, did work until around 1:00 and ate lunch. I met with someone to discuss my internship abroad plans for next year, came back and talked to my mom, ate a snack, then headed to another meeting: this one for psych society. After this meeting, I headed to a meeting at 5:00 for the club I’m on the eboard for called Health @ the Hill. This was a fun meeting because we made overnight oats! After the meeting I got dinner with my two friends, came back, fell asleep for an hour, then started homework. I worked on a paper due Monday, then read blogs after and ate a snack. And now I’m here typing this post at 9:56 pm hehe.
Friday? I need to get done a chunk of homework today. I plan to go to Starbucks to do work, do some yoga? And hang out with my friends at night. But who knows, I feel like nothing every goes as planned anyways. 😛
I love reading weekly recaps. And daily routines, morning routines, etc. etc. I guess it’s cause I’m just so nosey hehe. And I find them interesting! I hope you guys liked this kind of post.
