Top 3 Highs

Feeling confident physically and mentally. My confidence in the gym and my mental confidence and progress has been making me feel so so good. Moving my body in a way that feels good and finding balance with it all is something I am pretty dang proud of!

Spending the day with my best friends at the Cape! Yesterday my two best friends and I went to Cape Cod and spent the day by the beach and it was just SO nice. So thankful for them!!

Spending the night shopping with my mama and getting dinner. I LOVE HER so much, and I’m going to miss her dearly!! Thank goodness for texting and FaceTime though.

Top 3 Lows

Feeling overwhelmed. I have a lot to do- pack, figure out some scheduling stuff, etc. and I felt all the pressure weighing down on me the other night. I definitely need to remember to just breathe and do the best I can.

Saying goodbye to my best friend Maria yesterday. This girl is like my sister and goodbyes really never get easier. I know I’ll be seeing her soon and visitng her at her college, but it is still hard to go from seeing your bff whenever you want to being 2.5 hours away!

I don’t have a third. 🙂

Favorite milkshake flavor is definitely blueberry cheesecake! I don’t have milkshakes that often because they upset my stomach quite a bit but they sure are delicious! This weekend I’m planning on getting quite a bit of rest since I’ve had a crazy few weeks back at school. Can’t wait to catch up on everything! Hope you have an amazing weekend, beautiful <3 xoxo
