Top 3 Friday 6/10/16

Hi guys and Happy Friday! Poppin’ in today to share some of my top 3 favorite things from this week. Linking up with Kate today for this post. Let’s get started!

Top 3 Eats 

1. Multigrain bagel with strawberry cream cheese and an iced coffee with almond milk from my fav little local café in my town. Bagels and cream cheese hold the key to my heart. <3

2. McDonalds soft serve ice cream cone!! My fav!

3. This dinner of broccoli, grapes, falafels, and a Japanese sweet potato with white chocolate wonderful PB and cinnamon. YUMM 🙂 Also had a glass of kefir- it was my first time trying it and I really liked it! It has a lot of great probiotics in it which is definitely good for me and my stomach. 🙂


Top 3 highs 

1. Fire with my friends Monday night! Shared some great laughs with some pretty awesome peeps.

2. Florence and the machine + Of Monsters and Men concert with my momma! Seriously almost cried tears of joy listening to them. I was dancin’ the whole night hehe.

3. Hot yoga class Thursday! I was definitely sweating a lot, but it felt great! Love all that yoga does for my mind and my body.

Top 3 lows

I don’t really have any big lows for this week, and I’m not going to try and look for small little problems. I have a lot to be thankful for right now and a lot to smile about!

Top 3 Instagrams

1. Love love love this Instagram page and their quotes! Some of them are so funny too.

    I think it’s just so wonderful that you didn’t have lows this week. Wow, God used that to give me more joy in the Lord! Also, Marina is precious! I love all of my blogger girls. Is yoga hard or is it mostly relaxing? Also, I will always always love McDonald’s soft serve.

      Marina IS precious! And it depends on the type of yoga! I love it though- great for my mind and body! McDonalds soft serve is delicious and super cheap! Can never go wrong with it. 🙂

    Hey girl!! I’m seriously envious of your concert experience… That sounds amazing!
    I think you’re smart to not go looking for lows. If you didn’t have any, why bother? For me it’s about being mindful of every moment I have. I hope you a great weekend and enjoy more of that delicious ice cream!

    Okay. Lyss. THAT DINNER. White chocolate pb on the sweet potato? Have I told you before that you are a genius? Also. I’m obviously following both your Mcd ice cream and your bagel inspiration, but damn I need strawberry cream cheese. Now. Stat. Biggest craving.

    One high from my week is getting new trail shoes and spending time with my friend hiking around my neighborhood hills. I love immaeatthat’s blog. She’s a great recipe artist!

    That bagel looks so good – I need a carby, delicious bagel in my life soon.
    Our weekend so far has included watching a dragon boat festival (it was soooo hot and humid).
