I was in my own funk last night. I’m hoping to shake it. Watching a movie with Terry helped!
Your fire + frosty night sounds like my kind of night. I know what you mean by feeling free. I’d venture to say normal too.
Your tofu has inspired me to put that meal on my plan for next week!
    Thanks for linking up beautiful.

Being in little funks are the worst! Glad watching the movie helped 🙂 I hadn’t bought tofu in a while but it really did taste great on pasta. Hope you are having a good weekend Kate!

Congratulations on deadlifting! The first few times I went, I had to use the baby bumper plates because 45 lb bar + two 45 lb plates was way too much. Getting good form is definitely the most important part. For a while, my back was always slightly bent, and I’m really glad I resolved that.

    • Reply Alyssa May 31, 2016 at 4:05 pm

My back used to slightly bend at first too which is never good because that can cause injury! Hope you are having a great week Elaine!

  • Reply Cora May 29, 2016 at 7:10 pm

You, Kate and Steph all on the ice cream train! Definitely when the weather here warms up I am needing to get myself on that.
Your night with friends, a fire and frosites (your very own “F” night, aha!) sounds marvelous. That’s just be absolutely best feeling.
Hoping some of that funkiness has passed and you are left with lovely thoughts for the new week <3

    • Reply Alyssa May 31, 2016 at 4:05 pm

Haha we are! Didn’t even notice that. That night was so much fun. Thank you for your kind words too Cora- truly means a lot to me!

  • Reply Emily May 29, 2016 at 7:17 pm

Hey Lyss, DEFINITELY definitely praying for your family issues. Those happen to everyone, and God’s grace is shown through our weakness. Katie’s passing was so hard, and I’m so wanting to meet her in heaven someday. Also, YAY for deadlifting. Isn’t it fun, in a painful way? I haven’t done it in so long.

Thank you so much for the prayers Emily! You are so sweet. <3 Deadlifting is so much fun haha and you are right- it is fun in a painful way lol. Hope you are enjoying your week so far!
