Some Things I Try and Do Every Day

It’s FRIDAYYY. Also it’s already February?? So crazy. I hope you all have been enjoying your weeks so far!

I wanted to share some things I try and do consistently in my life that have really helped me grow. I try and do these everyday, but we all know that life gets hectic and sometimes we can’t! So I just aim to do these things when I find the time. 🙂

  1. DEVOTIONAL! I love She Reads Truth for this. I find that all the reading plans are super relatable to my life and I get SO much out of them. Love that website so much! And there’s also an app. 🙂 vsco_013017.jpg
  2. Prayer journal. I like to put my prayers in a journal and write them out. I feel like my faith gets stronger when I do this.
  3. Write down in my journal a few things I am grateful for in the morning or night, or at both times. Remembering all we have to be grateful for is so incredibly important in my eyes.
  4. Yoga. I try and do some yoga each day because it honestly just makes me SO freakin’ happy. Find something that makes you feel alive. For me, that is yoga!16230137_398118357208283_2849811466339483648_n

  6. Find time for self-care. Whether that is watching YouTube videos, coloring, watching Netflix, putting on a face mask, or listening to music. It is SO important to find some time for ourselves throughout our busy days.

    I absolutely LOVE the She Reads Truth devos. They are so incredible. Also I love that you journal so much! I do as well. There is nothing better than expressing myself on paper – well except for maybe expressing myself in the gym with a sweaty workout 😉

    All of these things. <3 I don't do yoga, but I usually do some sort of fun workout. And making time to just rest and refresh every day is essential. You have to refill that cup.

    Something I do every day is read my bible and write random thoughts/prayers in my notebook whilst I do that. I'm currently reading the bible as a whole all over again and I'm loving the different things I'm noticing.

    I have been trying to make yoga a part of my life and trying to get better, it really does feel good. I am still working on trying to find exercise that will truly make me happy in the comfort of my home.. It’s a work in progress!
    I watch youtube videos every single day, it is an absolute must for me! Definitely my “me” time where I just get to let go and be entertained!

    Prayer, hugging someone, moving in some way, and talking with people I love are some things that I need to do every day!
