Hi guys and happy Easter for those who celebrate!! I hope you all are having a great weekend and have a lovely day filled with laughter, smiles, and the people you love!
Today I am going to be sharing some of my favorite reads from the past week, so let’s get started!
Kate’s post on this was absolute spot on. Definitely recommend reading this ASAP. Thankful to have connected with such a sweet soul through the blogging community!
Emily touched on such an important topic in her WIAW Wednesday post- there is no such thing as the perfect diet; and we should never feel like we should have to eat in a certain way/only eat certain things. Great, great post.
Another amazing post. LOVED Kyle’s message in this, and just love her blog and what she stands for in general!
Cayanne gave some awesome self-love strategies for dealing with belly bloat. I feel like this is a common problem for those in recovery and I know it was for me, and Cayanne gave some great coping skills/reminders that it IS normal to bloat and that just because we bloat, we shouldn’t feel poorly about ourselves and bodies.
For all my fellow students out there…
Words can carry such a powerful meaning. Amazing post by Cora!
Absolutely loved this. Whatever you pursue in life should be something that makes YOU happy. Lovely message and an inspirational post that we can all go after our dreams no matter how big or small they are.
This looks SO good!
Lynne’s recipe for this frittata is one that I definitely want to try in the future!
These cereal bars look so good and relatively easy to make!
I love coconut, brownies, and dark chocolate… so these seem right up my alley.
Putting our beliefs into action is SO important.
Get to know a little bit more about me with this fun survey 🙂
Hope you all have a great and relaxing Sunday, and for those who are celebrating Easter: have a wonderful holiday!
Sending my love as always.
