Link Love 1/3/15

January 4, 2016 in Link Love

Hi guys! Hope you have all been having a great weekend and are having a relaxing Sunday. My Sunday hasn’t consisted of too much: just working on the aesthetics of the blog, Panera with my friend for lunch, watching Football, and a nap. πŸ™‚

Anyways, I love reading these so I thought why not make a link love too!

Here are my favorite links from this week:

Food

~Homemade latte

Christine always has the BEST recipes on her blog, and I really want to try making this latte. I’m an avid coffee drinker and think I might give this a shot!

~Peanut butter cranberry blondies

These blondies on Brie’s blog look soooooo yummy! Will definitely be making these in the near future.

Recovery

~Activity VS Exercise

Absolutely LOVE this- I think it is so important that we start to see exercise as something that is NOT a chore, we should only do things we should enjoy and not force ourselves to do any form of exercise that we do not truly like. Everyone check out Cayanne’s blog too, she is so amazing.

~What to remember if you don’t reach your goals

Loved this post- it is so easy to be hard on ourselves and to beat ourselves up. We often forget that we are simply human, and there are going to be more chances to succeed in life and more chances to do wonderful things; so if you have failures that is OKAY!

Blogging

~5 ways to improve your blog

This post by Brie was so helpful for me. Entering into this blogging world is definitely overwhelming at first, but her post already helped me with ways in which I can improve my blog.

~Blogging tips&tricks

I was looking through Amanda’s blog and found this awesome article. All of these tips are extremely helpful!

My posts

~Eliminating the “Should’s” in your life

Very, very important to remember. We often get caught up in following what we deem to be right and what society deems to be right, we get caught up in what we “should” do instead of doing what truly brings us happiness.

~2016 Goals

Check out my goals for the upcoming year πŸ™‚

Thank you for reading! Hope you all have a great rest of your weekend!

Lyss

Those are some great posts. Especially Ali’s thoughts on exercise versus activity and yours on foregoing the “should’s”. We really -should- only do what our heart tells us.
