Hi guys and happy Sunday! Hope you all have been having a great weekend. Going to be sharing my favorite links from this past week, and I have a lot of good ones that I was able to find! Hope you enjoy these reads!
These sweet potato brownies look absolutely amazing. I love sweet potatoes so much so I will have to give these a try.
Chicken tenders were a childhood favorite of mine. This recipe looks so yummy and something I would definitely love to try.
How amazing do these look?! All you need is dates, oats, peanut butter, and chocolate chips. They look so delicious and are very easy to make. I need to try them!
Ellie’s post on this was amazing. Like Ellie said, it’s so important to make goals and like she did, come up with a list of wills. Such a great post!
Katerina has some great techniques to reduce stress on this post. I have recently started coloring and have found that helps to reduce stress greatly. I love listening to music and have journaled in the past. She has some great stress-reducing activities on this post!
I love Jillian’s post on this. As she says, it is so important to learn to just live in the moment, especially in aspects of recovery from an eating disorder. We need to learn to be mindful and present in whatever we are doing.
Emily brought up a great point in this post. It is okay to relax and do nothing! We need to get out of the mindset that we have to be going 24/7- that is not healthy at all.
I had the privilege to guest post on Emily’s blog and share my story. So thankful to have connected with such an incredible girl through the blogging world.
A hard, but very important concept to learn in life. Something that will help us to truly gain a sense of freedom with food and exercise, which is something we all deserve in life.
I had the amazing opportunity to speak at a recovery center this week, and shared my experience on this past Thursday’s thinking out loud. Check it out!
That’s it for this week, but I hope you enjoy all these reads!
Have a great rest of your weekend guys. Sending you all my love,
